This policy explains how ClientIQ by Opint collects, uses, and protects your information. We access your emails (read-only) to build your CRM. We do not store raw email content after processing. You can revoke access at any time.

We access your email with read-only permission. We cannot send, delete, or modify your emails.
We read your emails, extract structured customer information using AI, write it to your CRM, and delete the raw content. We periodically check for new emails to keep your CRM up to date.
Your data is processed using trusted third-party services for email access, AI processing, and CRM storage. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone outside of these services.
All connections use HTTPS. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Invite links are single-use, time-limited, and email-bound. Raw email content is not stored after processing.
Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020 you can: request access to your data, request correction or deletion, revoke access at any time, or lodge a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner. Email info@sesl.io — we respond within 20 working days.
Use the revocation link provided to you, or remove ClientIQ from your email provider's account permissions. Once revoked, we can no longer access your email.
Raw email content is deleted immediately after processing. Credentials are deleted on revocation. CRM data is retained until you request deletion. Account records are kept up to 12 months after revocation.
ClientIQ's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified by email.
